
Two Regions is inspired by the legacy of my four grandparents—Biagio, Fernanda, Lorenzo, and Rosa—who each made the journey from Italy to Australia, bringing with them the rich cultures of Sicily and Campania. With little more than determination and hard work, they set out to build a life in their new country, shaping the traditions that still guide me today.
Biagio and Fernanda settled in Adelaide, where they founded "Campania Taralli," a bakery producing authentic biscotti using recipes from their hometown in Benevento. In Melbourne, Lorenzo and Rosa embraced the hard-working spirit of their Sicilian heritage, building a life through farm work, fishing, and a commitment to community.
Through Two Regions, I continue their legacy. Using their recipes and traditional methods, I hope to bring people together with the same warmth and authenticity they shared.
From Messina to Benevento, that's how Two Regions was founded.
